About
Studio Carbón is a hospitality consulting studio based in Paris with a design-oriented, 360 degree approach to the restaurant and hotel industry. On our projects we give concrete creative and culinary direction from start to finish, contributing to the creation of a multi-sensorial identity. We advise on design, ambiance, and art de la table, as well as on the architecture of the menu, working directly alongside a chosen chef, and in strategies concerning kitchen construction, business, recruitment, and operations.
We have built and owned restaurants in Paris, notably Carboni's, Mātēr, Carbón and Cantina. Our work in consulting can also be experienced at the restaurant Mesa in Hotel HOY and at Café Singuliers by Patrice Besse.
