Is looking for full time and part time barista/servers to join our international team! We are an Australian cafe specialising in high quality coffee and home-made pastries and meals.
We are looking for upbeat and confident individuals, who are comfortable dealing with fast paced busy brunch shifts involving both table service and making drinks on the machine.
Experience on an espresso machine/with specialty coffee is strongly preferred, but we are open to training if we feel that you’re the right fit for the team. Latte art abilities is also a big bonus.
Experience waiting tables is required.
French and English are required, not necessarily at a fluent level, but enough to serve customers in a polite manner.
Expectations of the job:
-Opening and closing up the cafe
-Being comfortable working alone from time to time
-Striving to meet a high standard of service and drink preparation
-Showing initiative, punctuality, and reliability
Part-time contracts can range from 16-28 hours, and full time are 35. Schedule is flexible but weekend work is always required. No evening shifts involved.
Health insurance and half of transport pass included, salary negotiable depending on experience but starting just above SMIC.
