Les Cali Sisters ouvrent leur 1er restaurant en plein coeur de Paris, dans le quartier effervescent de la Bourse.
Un restaurant aux good vibes, chill et conviviaux, ouvert toute la journée, du petit déjeuner au dernier cocktail.

Your missions :
- Checking that all menus are clean and tidy for service (beginning by the ones that you are using: breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Checking bookings for breakfast and lunch if possible to ensure that we are ready for it and block table to ensure that walk ins do not seat on it
- Checking their email and see if any very important one need attention and if not leave the mails for after service
- During service and this is the priority: greeting guests with a warm welcome and helping them with their requests
- Check all menus after every services and only keep the clean ones
- Check floor plan once again to ensure that we are fully ready
- Print all bookings before lunch briefing and special menus if needed
- Do the lunch service and help waiters to re-set up tables
- Check all menus again and then have a seat somewhere quiet in the restaurant to reply to every emails ensuring that Florian and Lonnie are kept informed of anything that they can’t be dealing with, like special request that we don’t normally do, VIPs…
- Do the evening service and always be at the front desk to ensure that guests are dealt with promptly
- Do the dinner service and help waiters to re-set up tables
- Check again all menus and print menus accordingly
- Help waiters if needed on the floor to take payments
