Topknot café recherche son/sa nouvelle chef.fe de cuisine.
Spécialisé dans la brioche (traditionnelle et asiatique avec le gua bao) avec une carte réduite qui change toutes les semaines où nous travaillons des produits frais et de saison.
Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec la gérante pour élaborer une carte fraiche et inventive.
Équipe jeune et dynamique, nous cherchons quelqu’un qui est rapide, autonome, rigoureux et ponctuel. Il faudra de la curiosité culinaire, le respect des normes d’hygiène, de la motivation et de l’implication.

Topknot is looking for a new chef.
Our specialty is brioche, traditional and Gua bao, with a small menu that changes every week. We use fresh and seasonal produce.
You will be collaborating with the owner to create an inspiring menu.
Our team is young and dynamic; we are looking for someone who works fast, autonomously, is rigorous and punctual. You'll have to have your HACCP, motivation and show us that you want to be involved in the cafe!
