We are a new restaurant in Strasbourg open from Tuesday lunch to Saturday night.
The restaurant has two identities: Taco joint for lunch and at night small plates to share. Lunch time we make fresh Tortillas every day with machines that we ordered from Mexico that can transform corn from Alsace into tortillas. Cooking everything in house, and changing the menu regularly.
Dinner we specialize in seasonal ingredients that change ones or twice a week. Depends on the chef’s creativity. Loud music from the kitchen, natural wine pouring in the dining room.
