Margus is a small restaurant with South American heritage and high ambitions in the heart of Paris.

The food is focused on the nature around us and draws inspiration from South America as a whole.

We're currently looking for a chef with skills and confidence who's interested in working lunches.

The job includes shaping the lunch menu together with our chef de cuisine David Kjellstenius and executing said menu Tuesday through Saturday, as well as doing prep for the night service. Occasional night shifts are required to ensure an understanding of the food being served at night.

We're looking to acquire new spaces to expand our business hence there'll be opportunities for different positions in the future if such an aspiration exists.
